SPRING 2025 INFO

Spring will be here before we know it!  The upcoming 2025 Spring season will mark our 14th anniversary since Denver United Lacrosse started knocking on the doors at local schools - with nothing but a bag of balls and a bucket of lacrosse sticks in tow - to introduce the sport of lacrosse! During that time we have introduced over 6,000 kids to lacrosse through our Gym Clinic Program in NW and Central Denver, in addition to, offering more extensive programming to hundreds of full-time participants via teams, learn to play, camps, and clinics.  As a program, we have a lot to be proud of and a bright future ahead!  Join the United Family and experience what everyone is talking about!

Registration for Spring Lacrosse opens in Late October 2024! We've already started planning for the Spring Season and couldn’t be more excited to get everyone out on the field playing! It’s extremely important for you to reserve a space by registering online when registration opens. Not only will it guarantee your child a spot on a team, but it will help us plan and distribute details regarding the Spring season sooner. You do not have to pay in full at the time of registration and the system will allow you to pay a deposit. If you need a different payment plan from the one outlined on the registration system, please contact us and we’ll figure something out. Returning players should be registered no later than December 9th or we’ll assume you’re not returning for the Spring Season.

Denver United Lacrosse is excited to be continuing to introduce the sport of lacrosse through its Gym Clinic Program this Winter, we hope to get into as many local schools as we can. These normally generate a lot of interest in our program and convert soccer/baseball/football players into new full-time lacrosse participants! That being said, as always, if you're interested in participating in our program or know someone who might be, please don't hesitate to reach out!

SPRING SCHEDULE 2024 & Sample for 2025 Dates

At last, the Spring Schedule is now available! Thank you for your patience!  As many of you know, we are at the mercy of the limited supply of fields offered by Denver Parks and Rec & Denver Public Schools. We were hoping to have Sloans Lake Park as our main practice fields, but we were just informed they have closed the park to sporting groups for the season. We have been working fast to find replacement fields in the neighborhood. The past year has taught us to adapt and react, so we appreciate everyone’s patience in the scheduling process. Please see the schedule below.

We will be adding all of the dates and times to TeamSnap, which will populate on your app as soon as the info is entered.  Please note, This is a tentative schedule and changes could be made.

Practices:
Denver Parks do not open until March 24th, so we are planning to start practice that week.  We are awaiting final guidance from our league, the AYL, on covid protocols and a final game schedule. Once we receive this, we will pass that along to everyone.

  • If you have a reversible jersey, please bring it!  If you do not have one, we will give you one.  If your reversible doesn’t fit, please return your old one on the first day.

  • Teams start regular season practice on the week of March 24th @ Rocky Mountain Lake Park.  We are aiming to have everyone in a central location if possible. We will send an update when the locations are finalized.

  • Similar to previous years, the second week of regular season practice happens to land on DPS Spring Break.  We understand if players are unable to make practice that week, but teams will still play games during that time.

  • Practice Times:  5:30PM-7:00PM.
